Pray

Thank you for praying for us!

We want to glorify God in all that we do, growing to know Him and proclaiming His worth.

We’re working to bridge the gap between the people who have believed God’s word about Jesus and the ethnolinguistic people groups who still have no one to tell them.

We are in a spiritual battle for the souls of men; both for the eternal life of language groups of people who have no access to the glorious Gospel of Jesus Christ and for the rewards of believers who will be blessed to have a part in telling them.

As we humble ourselves to pray we see God’s work to accomplish what seems impossible.

Prayer Requests Updated July 24, 2024

Audiences.  Pray for open doors for ministry, prepared hearts, and wisdom to speak well. One of our greatest challenges involves finding a willing audience.

Studies. We have been hosting two Bible studies each week over the summer. We are praying and planning for a busy fall semester. Please pray for wisdom, health, and strength as we prepare and plan. We want to start the year with a lot of evangelistic outreach. We are praying that God will bring us more leaders among the freshman college students. We are praying that more students will lead Bible studies toward evangelism and discipleship of other students. We are praying that God will prepare the hearts of students to believe and obey Him.

Retreats. Please pray for resources to sponsor students to several upcoming retreats. Several are already planning to attend. Pray for more. Retreats greatly assist with building community, deepening relationships, and stimulating more rapid spiritual growth. Five student leaders plan to attend Cru training in FL this weekend. *

Students. Please pray for prepared hearts among students in the Christian colleges we will be visiting. So far Randy plans to attend conferences at Liberty University, Cairn University, and Word of Life Bible Institute. We are praying for the resources to attend these events and engage students about sending, supporting, and going as career missionaries. Please pray for wisdom to know how to engage students well and to stimulate faith in God concerning His global agenda. *

Transportation. Reliable vehicles are primary tools in our ministry activities. Diana needs a reliable vehicle to support her mother and student ministries while Randy is traveling. Randy also needs a reliable vehicle for cross-country travel to visit church leaders, schools, and universities. We are halfway there with our 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan. (Thanks for praying and giving!) However, our 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan has fallen ill to severe body corrosion induced by New England’s salted roads. We are praying for a replacement van to maximize our capacity to minister to others.

Support. Please pray for our ministry to be fully funded. We believe we could accomplish more if we are fully funded, so please pray with us about that. While we are not living overseas, it is more difficult for Christians to see the value of our ministry in mobilization. Randy has posted some brochures to help communicate what we are doing and why this ministry is vitally important on behalf of people who know nothing about Jesus. See… bit.ly/missionsfaq

Thank you for your attention.

Big Picture

Our objective: Establish thriving churches of Christians among language groups of people who have no other opportunity to learn about the God of the Bible.

Our method:

  • By teams living among the unreached,
  • By learning the heart language of the audience,
  • By understanding the culture; which is the meaning behind the words they use,
  • By translating the scriptures,
  • By teaching the Bible foundationally in the heart language,
  • By intentional discipleship toward maturity of faith and practice,
  • By equipping believers for the work of the ministry,
  • By applying God’s written word to our own lives,
  • By faith in Christ, we are inviting people to join us in establishing thriving churches among language groups of people where Christ is not known.

Our ministry: https://stilluntold.org/introWhat We Do

Our role: Asking Christians to get involved; to pray, to give, to send, and to go. We present God’s Word, opportunities to engage, and invitations for action.

Our means: Christians who fund our ability to go to where Christians gather and present opportunities.

We desire interactive relationships centered on Christ, dependent upon Christ as our head, interdependent with each other, and proactive to engage in Christ’s mission for the Church of proclaiming His glory among every ethnic and language group of people.

We are seeking:

  • People who will, with us, cast the vision of faith in God toward fulfilling His stated purpose of reaching every tongue, tribe, people, and nation (ethnos) in every part of the world with the Gospel and, through discipleship, teach them to observe all things that Christ commanded.
  • People who will work to prepare Christians, through intentional discipleship, to grow to spiritual maturity so as to be able to go as missionaries to establish thriving churches among the least reached language groups of people.
  • Churches of people who will send their own career missionaries, short-term workers, volunteers, skilled associates, and other support teams to reach the least reached.
  • Churches of people who will faithfully support missionaries who will establish thriving churches among the least reached language groups of people.
  • People who will bring groups of teens to Wayumi Expedition or small groups to Wayumi Weekend Retreats to be exposed to cross-cultural church planting and opportunities for ministry.
  • People who are willing to be trained at Ethnos360 Bible Institutes for a lifetime of ministry.
  • People who will be trained as career missionaries at Ethnos360’s Missionary Training Center.
  • Advocates who have a heart to work with us to accomplish these things and to multiply our efforts.

We need prayer for wisdom to know where to go, what to say, and how to say it.

We need prayer for us in our own personal battles to walk in the Spirit and produce fruits of righteousness.

We need prayer for the resources to go to where people are and speak to them. Specifically, sufficient income to cover day-to-day living expenses, reliable vehicles for transportation, fees for display tables at events, lodging when necessary, travel expenses, and the means to entertain people over meals or coffee so as to have an opportunity for more engagement. Visiting a college or convention often costs a grand in display fees, lodging, and travel. Also, we need to update our equipment such as computers and iPhones to meet the hardware and software requirements for the security protocols of our ministry office. God has provided faithfully over many decades of ministry and He has often included our prayer warriors in the process.

Withal praying also for us, that God would open unto us a door of utterance, to speak the mystery of Christ, for which I am also in bonds: That I may make it manifest, as I ought to speak.

Colossians 4:3-4

We need prayer for opportunities to meet people who would be likely to embrace our passion to fulfill the Great Commission.

Finally, brethren, pray for us, that the word of the Lord may have free course, and be glorified, even as it is with you:

2 Thessalonians 3:1

We need prayer for hearts prepared (ourselves and our audiences) to receive God’s word, and to respond in obedient, selfless faith to accomplish God’s purposes with willing hearts.

Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints; And for me, that utterance may be given unto me, that I may open my mouth boldly, to make known the mystery of the gospel, For which I am an ambassador in bonds: that therein I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak.

Ephesians 6:18-20

Would you like to pray with the Ethnos360 team about things happening on the mission field?
